Years ago while industrialization was gaining it recognition, theorists such as Fayol, Taylor and Weber tended to looked at organization in mechanistic lens additionally most of their theories were corresponded to each other such as Fayol and Weber’s bureaucracy who concentrated more on the management in an organization and Taylors focused more on the productivity.
In addition, at rest, this perception has been utilizing in modern organization.
